Adam Wierman, Carl F Braun Professor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences; Director, Information Science and Technology, has been named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). This distinction honors a person with an "outstanding record of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest."
