Anima Anandkumar Receives the IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award

Anima Anandkumar, Bren Professor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences,has received the 2025 IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award "for contributions to AI, including tensor methods and neural operators with applications to scientific domains."
Given annually since 2002, the award is presented to an individual or team "for outstanding early to mid-career contributions to technologies holding the promise of innovative applications." View a list of previous award recipients.
