Steven Low Receives the IEEE Koji Kobayashi Computers and Communications Award

Steven Low, the Frank J. Gilloon Professor of Computing and Mathematical Sciences and Electrical Engineering, has received the 2025 IEEE Koji Kobayashi Computers and Communications Award "For contributions to the theoretical foundation and practical implementation of Internet congestion control."
Given annually since 1988, the IEEE Koji Kobayashi Computers and Communications Award is presented to an individual or team for outstanding contributions to the integration of computers and communications. View a list of previous award winners.
