Chuck Gerner began his career as an Electrical Engineer designing hardware and writing firmware for industrial control systems at Georg Fischer. His keystone product, the SmartPro Transmitter, presently has over 700,000 units deployed in customer applications. After 17 years as an engineer, he continued his career path as an Engineering Manager in 2020, leading a team of 8 software and electrical engineers designing bleeding-edge industrial measurement and control systems.
